A Place to Bury Strangers is Emily's fave new band, and she would like to offer her fans the opportunity to win one of five CD's signed by the band! Exploding Head, their sophomore release, comes out October 6th and let's just say it's an apt title for the album. The Washington Post calls the Brooklyn three piece "the most ear-shatteringly loud garage/shoegaze band you'll ever hear.” Think early 80s-era Cure, My Bloody Valentine, and pre-1990s Jesus and Mary Chain filtered through the band's own noisy vision.
